This notice covers spectis.io, the public website. It does not cover the Spectis product — how the software handles customer data is set out in the trust centre and, for customers, in the agreement.
Visitor numbers, and nothing more
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, builds no fingerprint of your device and cannot follow you to any other site. It reports totals — pages, referrers, countries — never individuals. There is no advertising pixel, no session recording and no profile of you. Nothing identifies you between visits.
One third-party request
Every asset — fonts, images, styles — is served from this domain, so nothing about the page itself is fetched elsewhere. The single exception is the analytics script described above, which comes from Cloudflare, who also host this site.
The one local setting
Choosing light or dark stores that single preference in your own browser. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it.
If you write to us
The request form on the trust centre composes a message in your own mail client; nothing is submitted from the page. When you email us we keep the message and your reply address so we can answer, and for as long as the conversation is live business correspondence. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share it.
Hosting
The site is served by our hosting provider, which processes standard request logs, including addresses, for delivery and abuse prevention on our behalf.
